Health & Movement in Action
Project MOVE is a community-driven health initiative organized by Project Justice, rooted in intentional movement, holistic wellness, and sustainable lifestyle change.
From September 7 to November 21, we successfully hosted a 75-Day Intentional Movement & Nutrition Challenge, encouraging individuals to prioritize their health through consistency, accountability, and daily habits. The challenge emphasized discipline over perfection and helped shift mindsets around what it means to truly invest in one’s health.

A Community Health Initiative
Beyond the challenge, Project MOVE created meaningful impact through monthly pop-up events, bringing the community together to move, connect, and engage in fitness in a fun and inclusive environment.
We also hosted holistic health and wellness panels, featuring experts in fitness, mental health, nutrition, and holistic care—providing education, insight, and tools to support overall well-being.
Through health resources, education, and a supportive virtual community, participants had access to guidance, accountability, and wellness professionals throughout their journey.
